ASIAN GANG INVESTIGATOR’S ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA
The Asian Gang Investigators’ Association of California (AGIAC) will be celebrating their 24th Year (1989-2013), since the inception of the association. AGIAC has elected to host its conference in the City of Anaheim. “2013 International Terrorism and Organized Crime Conference”, will be presented by national and internationally recognized experts in Terrorism and Organized Crime investigations. The conference venue will be at the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel, Anaheim, California and held on August 5-9, 2013. The conference will provide networking, training, and education on combating and preventing the rise of terrorism, organized crime, and street gangs. We are anticipating 500 attendees from over 20 different countries and the 50 local states attending this conference.
The co-hosting and sponsoring agencies will be: Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Anaheim Police Department, United States Postal Inspection Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriff’s (AOCDS), United States Postal-Office of the Inspector General, Brown Insurance, Altria Client Services-Philip Morris USA, and C.I Solutions.
The Asian Gang Investigators’ Association of California (AGIAC) (www.agiac.com ) was founded in 1989 as a non-profit organization to foster relationships and networking among the various investigative units working Asian crime and gangs throughout California. Over the years, AGIAC has grown to include members across the nation and internationally. Membership is limited to law enforcement personnel, including corrections, prosecutors, parole, and probation. AGIAC interacts with other law enforcement organizations, military, and private companies across the country to assist in a coordinated strategy on investigating and prosecuting Organized crime, gangs, criminal enterprises, and terrorism. This conference is a forum for training and development of the exchange of critical information involving Asian criminal enterprises. Since the 9-11 terrorist attack against our country, our association AGIAC has strived to better serves the needs of the law enforcement community by providing quality training in Terrorism and Organized Crime that will equip and assist members in combating this proliferating crime trend in a proficient and professional manner.
The training is open to all sworn law enforcement personal, including corrections, parole, prosecution and probation. Attendees must provide proper department identification, which is mandatory for admission. Past conferences have been attended by 500-1000 law enforcement personnel from the United States and 20other countries.

The Disney Paradise Pier Hotel - Attendee Special Hotel Rate for Conference: $ 149.00 per night. Reservations for Special Rate expires on July 10, 2013, Rate varies depending on availability.

Attendees can go online to look at the Group Ticket link so that they can decide which Park Tickets they want to purchase. Attendees can then call Disneyland Group Reservations line, Monday –Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00PM PST/PDT at 714-956-6425, any Disneyland agents can add your Ticket orders to your hotel reservations. Once the conference attendees arrive at the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel, prior to check in, the Front desk will review your Disneyland Ticket order and confirm or change your order if they need to. The conference attendee at that time, may increase their Disneyland Ticket order, decrease, or cancel the tickets. If you decide to keep your order, the Front desk will print out the Disneyland Park Tickets for the conference attendee and charge the account based on the method of payment.
** Important note: if the conference attendee decides to call us to place tickets on their account it must be prior to the check-in date. Once you have checked into the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel, no changes can be made to change or cancel the Disneyland Tickets. You must call in between Monday – Friday, as we are closed on the weekends. **
